Last Friday David and I hit up Moxies for dinner before heading out to a friend’s party. Neither of us are real Moxie lovers but it was a sunny day and their patio looked bangin’ so we decided to give it a go! David ordered a Greek Chicken Wrap that tasted okay, but I ordered the Asian Chopped Chicken Salad and it was fantastic! Since the restaurant’s dressing had onion in it, I opted to have mine served with a basic oil and vinegar dressing. David hasn’t stopped talking about my salad since, so this week I decided to do my best to recreate it at home!
What You’ll Need
(**SIDE NOTE: When David and I went grocery shopping to purchase the items we needed for this salad we couldn’t stop commenting on how cheap all of these ingredients are! If you have oil and vinegar at home then you can make this meal for under $12!!)
David and I cheated on the chicken. We were feeling lazy and opted to buy a rotisserie chicken to add to the salad instead of barbecuing our own chicken breasts :/.
Let me know what you think when you try out this recipe! :)
